Everywhere You Want to BeOur brand new community is close to beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment. La Palmera Mall is minutes away and offers a wide variety of retailers to choose from, including Macy’s, JCPenney, American Eagle Outfitters, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. We’re also close to Walmart Supercenter and Kohl’s. When you’re in the mood for dining out, P.F. Chang’s, Andy’s Kitchen and Texas Bar & Grill are also in the neighborhood.

The staff here at Icon are great...very courteous and professional! Overall the move-in was a good experience. I like the location, and the grounds are very well-kept. My only complaint is that the carpet smelled bad on the day we got our keys. I think they cleaned it when it was vacant and then the apartment got closed up and didn't dry out, so it got some mildew. Kris was quick to take action and get someone out to clean the carpet that same day, and the smell improved some but was still not what it should be. We moved in a week ago, and the smell seems to be getting better. Kris called shortly after we moved in to see how things were going, and the carpet maintenance person came by to check on us after we moved in and offered to clean again, but with all of our stuff here and in the way, I'm not sure how that would work. They really did try to correct things and make them better when we moved in, which I appreciate, so I still think they deserve 5 stars. On our second day here I found a broken kitchen drawer and outlet in the kitchen that didn't work, and when I put in a maintenance request they came out and fixed both in less than 24 hours! The maintenance person was very professional and did a great job. This is a nice place. We really like it here so far!

I just moved in two days ago so it's rather hard to tell at this point. I can tell you that Gabby has been extremely helpful with the move-in process. . She's tried very hard to make sure I was happy with everything. . Our maintenance man, sorry forgot his name, is wonderful. He comes the same day you ask and is very quick and efficient. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the lack of parking. I will say however that the lack of parking is a problem with the newer 3 floor apartments. Icon is not alone on this issue. All in all I love the apartment. Great split two bedroom plan I just want to update my experience. Since I first moved in I transferred to a one bedroom the staff here is excellent! They made the transition very easy for me. The maintenance is the greatest you’ll find in Corpus, I’m sure. Any issues I’ve ever had here at Icon are taken care of within an hour or so.The grounds are immaculate with it’s beautiful plants and flowers of many varieties. The pool is beautiful and kept spotless. I can’t say enough nice things about this complex! Latest update. Unfortunately I had to move from this awesome apartment complex. I had to move in order to care for an elderly parent, otherwise I don’t believe I would ever have left. As in my previous post, the management and maintenance are superior to any place I’ve lived before. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful various plants and trees to admire. I loved the floor plan as well as the color scheme and appliances. The pool is very nice as well as the other amenities. I will miss the Icon. Thank you to the wonderful staff!
