When we moved in, we knew the apartments were old so we are not taking one star away for that. We have been here for almost 2 years. We had several problems due to the age of the apartments but the staff has always being there for it. always on time and with a great attitude. We have kids and pets . Plenty of green areas for kids to play or walk your dogs, 2 pools, gym, tennis court . Neighbors have been super friendly. The place is always kept clean and tidy. Some of the residents don't clean after themselves, but the staff is on top of it. The place is safe and family friendly. Nichols Square is not perfect, but in our personal experience the staff is doing the best they can to make everything work and we are VERY GREATFUL for that.. I will recommend it.
