These are nice apartments. It has swimming pools & a tennis court. The parking lot is decent, no potholes. Pets are welcomed. Some have fireplaces, if you like.

Nice place to live in Bay City. It is an apartment complex feeling with lots of diversity and ethnicity. You could run into all ages of tenants. From the safety point of view both the phases are pretty safe. - From a verified resident on Apartment Ratings
