Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and backing up to the East Boggy Creek Greenbelt, it’s a bright, open space filled with natural light. This fun and funky bungalow sits on 1/3 acre, offering a perfect mix of charm, comfort, and outdoor space. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating an inviting and open feel. The spacious yard features a patio, outdoor seating, and a cozy fire pit. Pets are allowed with a fee of $100 per pet per stay, not to exceed 2 pets. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. East Austin boasts an eclectic vibe that harmoniously blends old and new, creating a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood. This area is a cultural melting pot, where historic bungalows sit alongside modern condos, and murals and street art add splashes of color to every corner. Veracruz All Natural, Jacoby's Restaurant & Mercantile and Launderette are nearby restaurants. The apartment is 11 minutes from the airport, 14 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Zilker Park. Occupancy is limited to 7 guests. Please clean up after your pet. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Guests must bring their own supplies for the fire pit, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. Smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Registration Number: 427327
