It offers a peaceful, suburban feel with easy access to local shops and restaurants, and is still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities. The home is 16 miles or 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and there is a $1,000 fine for violations. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, and there is a $500 fine for violations. Tampering with noise monitors or cameras will result in a $500 fine. Guests are liable for any damage to the property and should report any damages noticed at check-in. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
