This home features an open-concept living area, modern amenities, and plenty of space for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ample counter space, a breakfast bar, and a dining table. For entertainment, there is a large flat-screen TV, plus cornhole for friendly competition. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils, and a coffee maker and toaster are available. Guests will be able to park their vehicles in the driveway and utilize the laundry room. The home is located in the North Mountain neighborhood of Phoenix, known for its beautiful desert landscapes and proximity to hiking spots like the North Mountain and Shaw Butte. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with a suburban feel, yet still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and there is a $1,000 fine for violations. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, and there is a $500 fine for violations. No tampering with noise monitors or cameras is allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property and should report any damages noticed at check-in. We have cameras outside of the home for your safety, and they will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
