Enjoy a wonderful stay and feel at home in this beautiful 4-bedroom home in sunny Phoenix, perfect for families or groups, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The home features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a spacious backyard designed for entertainment with a hot tub, basketball court, putt-putt, cornhole, grill, and firepit. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils, including a coffee maker and toaster. There are three beautifully designed bathrooms, including a master bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks, a second bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a third bathroom with another walk-in shower. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided. Guests will be able to park their vehicles in the driveway and utilize the laundry room. Located in the North Mountain neighborhood of Phoenix, this home is known for its beautiful desert landscapes and proximity to hiking spots like the North Mountain and Shaw Butte. The neighborhood has a suburban feel, yet is still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities. The home is 16 miles or 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and there is a $1,000 fine for violations. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, and there is a $500 fine for violations. No tampering with noise monitors or cameras is allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violations. Please be respectful of neighbors and follow quiet hours. No additional guests are allowed at the home who were not on the reservation. Guests are liable for any damage to the property and should report any damages noticed at check-in. We have cameras outside of the home for your safety, and they will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
