All linens, bath and pool towels are provided, and free Wi-Fi is available. There is an additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of refill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it. There is a $400/month electric cap in the summer months from June through September. Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/month normally covers it unless it is abused. No pets are allowed. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property.
