The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV, and the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. An additional pull-out couch in the living room can accommodate 9-10 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens, bath, and pool towels are provided. Enjoy the built-in BBQ island/bar/fridge outside, a pool table in the game room with a bar area, a central vacuum, a whole house sound system (pre-wired), a security system, a water softener, a 3-car side-entry, extended length, over-height garage with 10' clearance, and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the sparkling heated pool with a waterfall and hot tub. There is an additional fee to heat the pool, which heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. The cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it. The hot tub can be used at your leisure at no additional cost. A pack n' play is also available upon request. A dog is allowed with approval only, and a pet fee will be added to your booking. Sitting on over an acre, this home has mountain views and a completely walled-in backyard with a covered patio with pavers to catch some Arizona sun. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. All properties are non-smoking. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property.
