Smoking is not allowed, and the minimum smoking fee is $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property.
