Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and if caught smoking, you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. If you are bringing a pet, you must declare this when booking your reservation; breed restrictions may apply, and a pet fee per pet will apply, with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. No parties are allowed.
