Guests must book with their full legal name and the primary person booking should be at least 21 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violating this rule will result in police involvement and immediate termination of the contract. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. There is a security camera on the exterior of the apartment. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and a $250 fee per day will be charged if violated. Pets must be declared when booking, and breed restrictions may apply. No parties are allowed, and noise levels beyond a normal conversation will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
