Located in the heart of East Austin, this home is minutes from some of Austin’s best bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Sixth Street and Rainey Street are a short stroll away. This location makes it easy to explore the city's best spots by walking, biking, or rideshare. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. The dryer is currently unavailable for use.
