Head outside to the yard for a proper outdoor Olympics and enjoy corn hole and ring toss while chatting with your buds, reminiscing about the good ol’ days. The kitchen and dining area are located on the first floor, along with a laundry closet and a full bathroom. The second floor has a full bathroom as well. A pet fee of $50 per pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, the fee will be collected separately. Up to 2 pets per stay are allowed. If you have more than one pet, an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation. A one-time charge of $55 will unlock the propane tank for the barbecue grill or fire pit. This home is perfectly located in the heart of East Austin, making it easy to explore the city's best spots. You're just minutes from some of Austin’s best bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Sixth Street and Rainey Street are a short stroll away for live music, great food, and nightlife. Austin is a bike-friendly city, and you’ll find rental bikes and scooters readily available nearby. Uber and Lyft are always just a few minutes away, offering quick and easy rides to destinations like South Congress (SoCo), Zilker Park, or the airport. The CapMetro bus and MetroRail offer affordable options to explore Austin, with stops conveniently located nearby. If you're bringing a car, street parking is available. Keep in mind that some areas may have permit or time restrictions. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Please respect the community and avoid making loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am ($250 fine). Smoking tobacco or marijuana is not allowed inside the home ($250 - $1500 fine), but you can smoke in outdoor areas if you properly discard cigarette butts in a smoking receptacle ($20 fine per littered butt). No confetti or glitter is allowed, or you will be charged an extra cleaning fee ($150 - $300 fine). Small pets are allowed (chihuahua/house cat) but please don’t let them up onto the furniture. A hypoallergenic cleaning fee for small pets (+$50) will be charged if you do not notify us ahead of time. No large animals are allowed (German Shepherd/Golden Retriever) ($250 fine). No pets are allowed in pools or hot tubs. If evidence of pets in pools or hot tubs is found, guests will receive a $250 fine. If you trash the place and don't clean it up yourself, you're likely going to be charged an extra cleaning fee based on the additional hours and supplies it takes our crew to clean up your mess ($125 - $500). Disruptive gatherings are prohibited on this property. A dryer is currently unavailable for use.
