Walk to neighborhood favorites like Jo’s Coffee, Radio Coffee & Beer, St. Elmo Brewing, Cosmic Coffee, and The Yard, or grab groceries at nearby Central Market and Sprouts. The home has easy access to South Lamar, Ben White (290/71), and I-35. Downtown is about a 15-minute drive, and the airport is just 20 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are widely available, and there’s ample free street and driveway parking. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No commercial photography, parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No Saturday check-outs. Adult dogs only are allowed, and they must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and a $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and if signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. If the BBQ is not cleaned after use, a $75 cleaning fee applies.
