Looking for an apartment can be so stressful but not here at Stony Creek from entering the community to meeting the Community Manager Leticia, you get the sense of home. My nerves went right out the window, from the start she made feel like a person not a tenant paying rent, she described her residents as she called them a community that does for each other and having long term residents is a plus, she answered all my questions, professional but the way she spoke of her community you could see how she cares about the community. I never felt pressured into applying but I have made my decision and will be applying when my lease is up in February. So please Leticia please tell Adrian to have my apartment ready for me before the 1st of March. Tthank you again for the tour I will be seeing you soon.

Great apartment and Leticia goes above and beyond for her residents. My experience has been great so didn’t think anything can even make it better than it’s been until last night. I got locked out of my apartment and didn’t know locksmith can’t pick smart lock but after leaving a message to maintenance, Leticia gave me a call and was able to help me open it in less than 2 mins. Thank you Leticia, you’re the GOAT!
