Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for non-compliance. Pets are not allowed.
