1800 Oak was the perfect home for me, I was sad to leave the building when I relocated out of state. I really enjoyed living at 1800 Oak, everyone who works at the building is professional, welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. The office, service and concierges team members are all top notch, I can truly say it is the one of my best apartment experiences, all service requests were responded to promptly, the entire team is committed to offering excellent, prompt and friendly service. The building is also amazing, great location, lobby is quaint and charming with great spaces, amenities are fantastic. Taylor, Joe, Ahmed, Rolando, Kendra, Hawo, Eleasa, Velma were all very helpful and a pleasure to interact with, always going above and beyond to make 1800 Oak a wonderful place to live.

I've lived at 1800 Oak since 2021, and it's just been the best! Everyone, from the front desk to the leasing office to maintenance is super professional, friendly, and responsive! I've never had an issue that doesn't get resolved quickly and effectively
The apartments are nicely renovated, and I've never had any issues with noise, seems like the walls are thick and well built. The community is friendly and welcoming, it's a safe, clean, and cozy environment. The area itself is great too, you can't beat the proximity to groceries, restaurants, and public transit! It's not easy to find a place that checks all the boxes, but Oak really does!
It’s been nearly 4 years of joining this community and we are happy with our experience living here. Taylor and Kendra are very attentive, kind, and professional. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently.
I have been living 1800 oak apartment for 3,5 years.. Good days passed in this community. I made good friends. The apartment was safe ,clean and comfortable. Me, my husband and my children remember this building well.
I would especially like to thank Howa. She is a very helpful and hardworking person. She always helped me like a sister during my days in this apartment.
I also want to thank Velma,she loves children very much.I will never forget her love for my children.

Living at 1800 Oak has been a great experience! The concierge, leasing and maintenance teams do a great job of taking care of their residents and community. I love my apartment and the fixtures. Rosslyn is a great neighborhood, close to the metro, walk into Georgetown, Target and restaurants close, and my dog loves gateway dog park!

They were supportive every step of the way answering questions, helping with paperwork, and making sure everything was ready for me on move-in day. Having lived at 1800 Oak since January 2024, I can share that the management and team members are the best I’ve experienced in decades of renting apartments. The maintenance team is super friendly and so prompt. When I’ve had any issues, the management follows up immediately, even checking back to see if everything is satisfactory. The front desk team is exceptional, too. It’s a quiet building with professional adults, and the location by Metro station, Target, Safeway, restaurants, etc. is five stars!
Have been living there since 2018. A great apartment! It is safe and location is convenient. The leasing office and maintenance team response quickly and also find a way to solve our issues! Highly recommended!
