The modern, charming, and functional kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. All basic cooking essentials are included, and there's a kitchen island with bar stools. The living room includes an oversized couch, coffee table, designer rug, flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Each bedroom has been custom designed and furnished to cultivate a restful environment. The primary ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub and dual sinks. Essential toiletries are included, such as toilet paper and towels. Free parking is available to all guests in the two-car garage, and additional street parking is available. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Welcome to Houston, known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests. In order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in our home.
