The first floor hosts the main entrance, kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, and a Keurig coffee maker. The second floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and heated floors. The primary bedroom suite on the third floor boasts a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and heated floors, and a dedicated desk and chair for remote work. The fourth floor offers a rooftop deck with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the city views. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night for more than four guests, up to a maximum of five guests.
