Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee due to special cleaning requirements after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $10 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Located very close to the Longwood Medical area and Jamaica Pond, with the Green Line train just a 5-minute walk away, providing direct access to Downtown Boston and Copley Square. Easy access to Fenway Park and Kenmore Square. This fully furnished unit is offered for short-term, transient use only and is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests are allowed. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, with arrival instructions sent three days before check-in. There is a $150 fee for lost keys.
