Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable double-sized bed, along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets and windows that let in plenty of natural light. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month. Between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month. Enjoy the convenience of a Roku Streaming Box. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend as a window unit.
