Avalon Teaneck is within walking distance to shopping and is near Route 4, Route 80, the Garden State Parkway, and the George Washington Bridge.

1. When I saw the house Even though I walked in without reservation, they were very kind and answered various questions as much detail as possible. That helped us make a decision. 2. When I signed the contract, All matters such as writing contracts, signing autographs, and paying amounts were carried out on the web page, making them fast, convenient and clear. 3. When I moved in, The request was resolved by responding quickly to sudden changes from us. I'd really like to compliment the staff on their ability to solve their problems and their attitude toward customers. (Alexa and Michael are really cool) However, since only one elevator was in operation (as of September 2019), there was a long path to bring the package for move in. This problem will be solved if one more elevator on the other side of building is opened which is in under construction 4. One week after entry Pros: 1. The building is very strong and the windows are double-windowed, so it is very comfortable and stable. The apartment that I had lived before windows were blown to tremble whenever the truck passes the steet. 2. Mailboxes and Amazon Hubs for residents are very convenient to receive parcels and really save time for me. 3. The surroundings are better than I thought, many shops / restaurant are located walking distances. 4. The parking space is very wide and convenient. The old apartment had a hard time pulling out because of the narrow parking space. Cons: 1. A freight train sometimes passes outside the parking lot, and even though the soundproofing is good, there will be a difference of feeling depending on the individual. But I don't have a big problem. 2. We can't take a walk around the complex because it's still just on going interiors. (As of September 2019) We hope the construction will be completed and 100% opened as soon as possible.

I would like to start with the building is well kept , staff is very friendly.I would like to point out Andy the backbone of the property. He goes above and beyond. I see him myself moving around the building all day. Even when it’s hot out he still carry’s himself with a smile. Thank you Andy for all you do.
