I have lived here for 3 years and I love it. What do you get if you mix suburban aesthetic with city convenience? This place. We have gorgeous wild flowers blooming in the summer. I have a cherry blossom tree outside my window. The pool over looks the Manhattan sky line. Lets talk about the food- Son Cubano, a David Burke is 7 minutes away. The Envue Hotel has one of the most glimmering night time views of the city from this roof top lounge and restuarant. AND the bus runs every 5 minutes in the morning, and will take you to 42nd street in 20 minutes. SO much better than the underground path. In my apartment- washer, dryer, central air, fire place, open kitchen. Come on... get out... really? YES. If you have questions talk to Nour in the leasing office. She can help you.
