The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and another with two queen-over-queen bunk beds. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and toddler accessories. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 12+ guests respectively. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The garage is remodeled as a media room. The home is well-located, with plenty of things to do just around the corner, and is a close drive to the Dallas Airport, located just 6 miles away. It is also 21 miles from ATT Stadium and Six Flags, and only 11 miles from Downtown Dallas. Nearby attractions include MoneyGram Soccer Park, Galleria Dallas, Parkland Memorial Hospital, and the Dallas Museum of Art. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. Smoking outdoors is allowed, but cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee, and pet waste must be picked up, especially from the backyard. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Security cameras are installed at the front door and garage for your safety, recording 24/7. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
