I can’t say enough great things about Avalon West Plano! The environment here is just wonderful – my daughter absolutely loves spending time in the leasing office and clubhouse after school, doing her homework and just enjoying the community spaces. The whole management team is top-notch, with an incredibly efficient maintenance system that always responds quickly and takes care of things right away. Every leasing consultant in the office is dedicated and really goes above and beyond. A special shoutout to Krystal for her warmth and attention to detail – she’s been a true gem! The community often hosts fun events and parties that make living here feel so lively and connected. A huge thank you to the whole team: Alyssa, Morgan, Krystal, and Sally! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Avalon West Plano to my friends. It’s a fantastic place to call home!

So happy moving here! My husband and I had searched high and low in this area for months. My husband was getting exhausted with how picky I was being, but I had to have all my boxes checked. After talking with Sally and touring, I knew I finally found my new home! Sally was super helpful and made the transition easy. I felt welcomed at other places I had toured, but Sally went above and beyond to make sure we were ready to move. I love the employees, floor plan, the location, the amenities, EVERYTHING! I'm so excited to make new memories here!
