Thank you to the entire team at Alto! Aliyah was so helpful helping me select the PERFECT home - that is saying a lot because I am extremely particular. Move in was seamless and Carrie, the Manager, goes above and beyond for her residents. Wish I would have moved here sooner. Kudos to the Alto Team!

The staff here is wonderful! You can tell the property manager Carrie really takes pride in making it such an awesome place for us. On top of that Frank and Adam are amazing and always get my work order taken care of quickly!

I'm giving maintenance the 5 stars. They come quickly and they fix everything or order the parts needed. I moved in under a new management company Willow Bridge who is trying to catch up with the problems here. I moved in about 2 months ago and RPM was the former Management Company; I give them and Carrie the manager a 1 star - they knew they were leaving so left a mess for Willow Bridge in my apartment. Maintenance has tried to fix everything wrong since Willow Bridge took over. I think the previous tenant didn't report anything and never opened the windows or had any maintenance come in. What needed fixing in my apartment when I moved in: microwave handle was broken, cooktop was so old that the dials has no info, shower head was loose, shower door made a horrible noise, shower door handle was loose, all caulking in kitchen and bathrooms were cracked on nonexistent, sinks were stopped up, there was a huge gap under my kitchen sink, rotting window sill, windows that didn't and still don't open properly, trees hitting the windows and tearing the screens, ceiling cover for the fan had fallen down on the stem, and so much more. Bryan, head of maintenance with Willow Bridge, and Cosme have fixed almost everything. They are friendly and respectful; they listen and remember. If they can fix it themselves, they do; if not, they order what's needed when they get approval. They have replaced the microwave and cooktop, caulked everything, ordered blinds for two windows, had the trees trimmed so they no longer hit the windows, had window guy come (we're still working on the window problems), fixed shower and shower door, helped lower a couple of shelves in the kitchen. It's amazing and such a change from RPM. So all I have left is the fan cover and the windows which I still can't open; hopefully they are working on that. It makes such a difference when you can count on maintenance to show up and take care of everything; they have almost done it all. This property in general is older and RPM did not keep it up, so I'm hoping that the outdoor lighting on the interior of the property on the Roland side will soon be fixed and whatever else has been neglected. Bryan and Cosme make a fantastic team and I think Willow Bridge in lucky to have them. Thank you Bryan and Cosme and Willow Bridge.
