We currently have a 1BR/1BA located in the Upper market area on Corbett Avenue, nestled up against the base of Twin Peaks. We feature lovely Hardwood floors in all rooms except the bath and kitchen. The entire unit has been painted in warm, neutral tones to complement any décor scheme. The large, open kitchen includes mission-style cabinetry, black granite counters and stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, stove and refrigerator). The kitchen area also has a bar/dining nook alongside the large sliding glass door, which leads to a small deck. The bar/dining nook opens to the Living Room. The Kitchen and Living Room both get great eastern morning sunlight streaming in. The bedroom is big enough for a Queen Size bed and has a very large closet with double sets of sliding mirrored doors and. The entry has 2 closets, one for clothes and coats and the other works great as a Linen Closet and has extra storage. Our building also has a coin-operated laundry located on premises and a parking space is available for $200 a month. We are cat-friendly and dogs (within certain limitations) are allowed. There is a pet security deposit of $500 with an additional "pet rent" of $30.00 per month. Our security deposit is 1month's rent PLUS $250.00 and We do require a one-year lease lease.
