The living room and dining room are a large open space. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are a good size with big closets. The 3rd bedroom is a little small, but has a large closet which has room for a dresser and some other storage. The kitchen is large with lots of space. The bathroom is an average size with a linen closet and a tub/shower combination. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has some space for storage. This house has had quite a lot of work done to it. The walls are all freshly painted, the windows are all new, and the hardwood floors have all been recently redone as well. The house has central heating and cooling. The yard is fenced in on 3 sides but is very small. There is a driveway with room for one vehicle. Any other parking will be about 1/4 block away on 4th street. As of 1/14/2025 utility average is $122. Pet Deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
