NOTE: we will be refinished the wood floors in the two bedrooms and living room. The carpets have already been pulled, once the floors are finished updated photos will be posted. 908 E 3rd is a 2 bedroom house. When you enter the house there is a large mud room, next is the living room. The doors to the bedrooms are both located in the living room. Next is the kitchen, which also has the access to the bathroom. The bathroom is large with a tub/shower combination. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. Pet deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
