The bathroom has some storage and a tub shower combination. Both bedrooms are a good size (not sure you could fit a king sized bed though). Both bedrooms have nice sized closets as well. The kitchen and living room space is a large open space. There is no laundry in the unit, so you will need to go to the laundromat. This duplex has central heating and air conditioning but the thermostat is in the downstairs apartment. If during the summer the central air does not keep the apartment as cool as you desire, it would be the responsibility of the tenant to add a window ac to cool it to your desired temp. There is off street parking in the back right off the alley. Landlord pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant pays electricity. Pet deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
