617 E Hanson is a two bedroom 2 bathroom house. There is a large front porch. When enter the front door is the large open living room and dining room. Off the living room is the main floor bathroom which also has the washer and dryer plus storage. The kitchen is large and open. Upstairs are the two large bedrooms with closets. There is a bathroom upstairs with a tub. The back yard is large with good shade. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. (Important info to fill out is Name, phone number and email) 2. One of our representatives will reach out to you. 3. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view. 4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease (Lease automatically canceled if not signed and deposit paid within 48 hours) 7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8. 617 E Hanson- 3 bedroom house - This two story home has both a front porch and a back porch/mud room. The living room and dinning room has a hardwood floor that has been pained with oil based paint. It is a darker tan color. 3 bedrooms...one on the first floor off of the living room and two on the second floor on either side of the narrow staircase. The 3/4 bath is also on the 2nd floor between the two bedrooms. Good sized kitchen with stove and refrigerator...dining room to the east. Basement is not finished but has a shower stall as well as washer and dryer furnished. Back yard has nice shade trees. Parking on the street in front of the house and to the west of the house with a driveway all the way to the alley. We base our rents on a 12 month lease.
