This house is huge with lots of living space. First when you walk in the front door is a sitting room, this is where the stairs to the second floor are located. Next is a living room, which leads to the large opening dining room and kitchen space. Off the kitchen if the main floor bedroom which has a large closet. The bathroom is off the kitchen, it has a tub shower combination. On the second floor is 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all of which have larges closets. The back yard is partially fenced in and has a lot of shade. There is a large garage with space to park one vehicle. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (eater, sewer garbage through the city of Mitchell, and gas/electric with NWPS). Tenant is responsible for lawn care. Pet deposit is $750 plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
