Off the living room is a small kitchen. The door to the bedroom is also in the living room. The bedroom is large, it has a large closet, and the door to the bathroom is in the bedroom. The bathroom is a little odd in that the vanity for the bathroom is located in the bedroom. This apartment has vaulted ceilings which makes it feel very large. Landlord pays water, sewer, garbage and natural gas (one furnace heating building to around 65-70). Tenant pays electricity and cable/internet through Midco. As of 5/28/26, the average electric cost through NWPS is $38. Pet Deposit is $500 with a $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
