Large house on three levels. Main floor has one bedroom, living area, kitchen with stove and fridge furnished, and formal dining room. Nice open porch to East. Two bedrooms and full bath on second floor. Both Bedrooms have closets that run the length of the side wall and one bedroom even has a second smaller closet. There is even a closet off of the bathroom. Lower level (basement) has a living room area and a man-cave, a shower is in the laundry room and a washer and dryer are furnished. There is off street parking for multiple vehicles. A one car garage space can be rented for $50 and two car for $75. The yard is kind of small for the size of the house. You can hire our lawn and snow service for $25 a month or do it yourself. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. $500 pet deposit plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view. 4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease 7.
