This building was completely remodeled in 2007. All new plumbing, electrical, all repainted with new carpets and floor coverings. Building has coin operated washer and dryer. A city owned parking lot to the south contains plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. A back yard which can be used by all tenants. Electricity, gas, water, sewage, garbage furnished, you must pay for your cable, internet and phone. $500 pet deposit plus $25 per animal added to the monthly rent...sorry no barking dogs. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
