When you come into the common area door there is a beautiful gray set of stairs leading up to your apartment. Two of the three bedrooms are fairly small but have good sized closets. The third bedroom is quite large and has a large closet as well. The bathroom is a good size with a linen closet right outside the door to the bathroom. The living room is fairly large, the kitchen dinning room area is quite large. There is a long row of upper cabinets along one side of the room, then an area with lower cabinets where the sink is. You have your own furnace which does both your heat and ac. We also do snow removal and lawn care. You pay water, sewer, garbage, electric and gas (As of 4/11 the average was 130 a month for electric and gas). This apartment has had a death in it, while that does not directly effect you, I did want to let you know. If you desire to have pets the pet deposit is $500 with pet rent of $25 per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
