You have two doors to your apartment (not shared with any one else, so no common area to go through). The is a small attached garage. We also do lawn care and snow removal of public sidewalks. You are responsible for water, sewer, garbage, gas & electric for your unit( the average as of 3/29/23 is $204 for gas and electric). Pets are allowed with a $750 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
