The living room, kitchen, and dinning room is one large room, similar in size to the bedroom. It also has hardwood floors throughout. The bathroom has a tub shower combination in it, and is your average sized bathroom. This apartment has two doors, one that enters through an entry way (a common area shared with the unit upstairs), and another side door that enters from the outside into the kitchen area. You pay water, sewer, garbage, gas and electric for you unit. The NWPS 12 month average for gas and electric as of March 4, 2025 is $108. This bill is highly dependent on your usage. We do snow removal of public sidewalks and mow the lawn. We do allow pets with a $500 pet deposit, and $25 pet rent per animal. No smoking in the property of any kind.
