The bedroom has a big closet. Next is the bathroom with a tub shower combination. This apartment is located in a building with 3 other apartments. Landlord pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. This building does NOT have a washer and dryer in it at all. You will need to go to a laundromat for your clothes washing needs. There is a laundromat at 9th and Main, so it is 10 blocks away. Landlord pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant pays electric. As of 5/28/26, the average electric cost through NWPS is $64. Pet deposit of $500 plus $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
