Next is the dining room and kitchen, which a long narrow space. After going through the kitchen is a big open living room. The living room also has a large closet for storage. Next is the bedroom. The bedroom has a big closet. Next is the bathroom with a tub shower combination. This apartment is located in a building with 3 other apartments. Landlord pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. 2BR/1.0BA2 bed1 bath660 sqft2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of this four unit apartment building. Really large living room but you have to walk through the smaller bedroom to get to the bathroom. Lots of closets and cupboards. Large yard. Sadly the carpet in the living room being white is a bit stained. The carpet has been cleaned, but sometime stains are just impossible to get out. This building does NOT have a washer and dryer in it at all. You will need to go to a laundromat for your clothes washing needs. There is a laundromat at 9th and Main, so it is 10 blocks away. Landlord pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant pays electric. As of 5/28/26, the average electric cost through NWPS is $64. Pet deposit of $500 plus $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
