Sadly the carpet in the living room being white is a bit stained. The carpet has been cleaned, but sometime stains are just impossible to get out. This building does NOT have a washer and dryer in it at all. You will need to go to a laundry mat for your clothing washing needs. There is a laundry mat at 9th and main, so it is 10 blocks away. Landlord pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant pays electric. Pet deposit of $500 plus $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
