2 bedroom home sitting on a large corner lot. Both bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The bathroom is fairly small and the clearance is not very high, if you are tall, this will probably be fairly uncomfortable for you. The living-dining rooms are on the main floor with a nice big picture window to view part of the huge yard. Kind of a small kitchen but it has a separate dining room and a little bathroom that you almost have to back into if you want to use the toilet. HUGE yard and off street parking. The house has a high efficiency furnace and is very well insulated. Utility average as of 1/14/2025 is $77 Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
