The first bedroom is a half story up from the living space area. In order to get into the first bedroom you go through the bathroom. The second bedroom is a half story down, directly under the first bedroom. The basement has a second bathroom in it, two storage rooms, and a laundry area. This is an older property and therefore an older basement. Stove, fridge, washer & dryer provided. Landlord pays the gas, water, sewer, and garbage. The Tenant pays the electricity which is split into two bills one for the apartment and one for the basement which this apartment is the only one with access to. Landlord takes care of lawn care and snow removal. Pet deposit of $500 plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. A storage shed is available to rent for an additional fee. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
