This two bedroom house, has a new heating and AC system, with new electrical panel fed with under ground wires. Carpeted throughout except bath and Kitchen. Stove, fridge, washer, dryer furnished. One car garage with remote opener, additional off street parking to the east of house and fenced in yard behind the house. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
