None of the bedrooms have closets so there are closet systems in each bedroom for closet use. The bathroom is large with a tub shower combination. This unit has its own washer and dryer along with central AC and off street parking. There is also additional parking available across the street in the city lot if additional parking is desired. Landlord pays all utilities. Landlord does snow removal and lawn care. Pets are allowed with a $750 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
