The bathroom is two rooms, one with the washer, dryer and a large vanity, then a room with the shower and toilet. Bedroom sizes are approximately 11X10, 11.5X10, 21X7, and 12.5X12 Landlord pays all utilities. Landlord does snow removal and lawn care. Pets are allowed with a $750 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
