This is a very large three bedroom house, there is a huge amount of living space here. The living room and dinning room are both very large with a Sun porch. Washer/dryer/stove/refrigerator/dishwasher provided. There is a detached garage at the back of the house. The back yard is pretty small, but it is fenced in. Small basement. This house has central heating and air conditioning Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Pets are allowed with a $750 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
