So my roommate and I have been apartment shopping for about 2 weeks. Contacted this apartment complex, got a remote tour right away. Visited it, loved the layout and ended up choosing to rent here. I had Kim as my leasing agent and he was great, super helpful and even funny!

I have lived at Montebello for 2 1/2 years. I initially lived in a one bedroom apartment and now live in a 2 bedroom. I love living at Montebello! It is a safe, clean, well maintained complex. The office team and maintenance team are awesome. I always get repairs fixed in a timely manner. I read the reviews of other tenants experiences and I do no share their concerns or issues. I NEVER hear my neighbors. I didn't in my old unit either. I would highly recommend Montebello as a great place to live!
