I have lived at Princeton On Beacon street for the last 2 years and couldn't be happier! The management staff from Princeton Properties has been great from my initial tour through today (2 years later). I live in a studio apartment that is well designed with a full separated kitchen from the living area. There is a huge closet that has extra room for storage above. I haven't paid more than $25 for electricity since moving in (we residents don't pay for heat as it's provided through the building). The maintenance guy Danny is awesome and friendly. Whenever I've needed anything, I can put maintenance requests in online through an app and it is completed fast and they send me an email letting me know it's complete. I also pay my rent online through their resident portal with an e-check and there are no extra fees. The location of the building speaks for itself being at 1470 Beacon steet in the Coolidge Corner section of Brookline. I have easy access to the green line out front and can walk to Trader Joe's down the street to grocery shop. I walk to Fenway all the time and there are great bars and restaurants everywhere. I highly recommend living at Princeton on Beacon!!!!
