Management has been incredible so far. Leasing girls are awesome, Amber is awesome. They go out of their way to meet your needs and help you - genuinely. Apartments are incredible. Construction team has gone well over the extra mile to perfect the builidng. High ceilings, great appliances, home-y spaces, and WONDERFUL views. The amenities are worth the extra price you pay and attached parking is a game-changer!

I love living here! I've lived in my apartment for over a year now and have nothing but positive things to say. The building was well made and not thrown together, and the staff do a great job of taking care of everything and keeping it clean. The leasing staff and management are very friendly and attentive as well. The amenities are such a highlight, and the retail businesses downstairs make this a perfect place to live downtown.
