The majority of these listings are 1-bedroom apartments, making up 41% of the market, followed by 2-bedroom apartments at 28%. Studios account for 13% of the market, while 3-bedroom apartments are relatively less common.
Many Washington apartments offer desirable amenities, with air conditioning being a standout feature, available in 71% of listings. In-unit laundry is also a common perk, found in 70% of apartments. Additionally, 61% of listings include a dishwasher, making Washington a great option for renters who value convenience. Keep in mind that these figures are based on historical data, but they should give you a sense of what to expect in the current market.
Washington's average rent prices have experienced a slight decline, decreasing by about 1% to $2,512 per month, on average, for all rental sizes and types.
