During this season of thanks, I am continually thankful for Chris H and the management team, Ms. Kim, Mr. Deron and the concierge team, Ms. M & Mr. C and the maintenance team for making 455 Eye my home for the past 8 years!

Deron is totally amazing, always there to help, very welcoming, and always on top of things. He even helped me out with parking when I was having trouble getting a uhaul into the loading dock. Dude deserves a raise 😤😤😤Amazing staff and great experience.

I lived here for a year from June 2022 to June 2023. I did my research of apartments in the area, and this apartment was my first choice. It has a wonderful staff, from Chris, to Maya, to the maintenance and even the cleaning staff - everyone is lovely, kind, smiling, and always helpful. Chris, the senior leasing agent, always goes above and beyond for you to make sure you feel comfortable and happy in the apartment, and solves any problem or question you might have faster than anywhere I've lived before. Maya is also incredible and such a joy to see at the desk every evening when you return home. Besides the incredible staff, the ambience, upkeep, quality, and decor of the building is homey yet luxurious. You feel like you've escaped from the city streets and entered an art gallery with rustic yet modern touches. I loved living here.

I have to say Kim at the front desk was like superwoman, My daughter fell ill and needed an ambulance, and my wife and I are in New York, and this all took place at 2 am. Kim open the apartment and was able to open the door to her bedroom, made sure she was dressed ok to go to the hospital. Like I said Kim is fantastic and she put us at ease that she was taking care of everthing. You are lucky to have such a compassionate and caring person as Kim.

I've lived in my fair share of apartment buildings, and this one is by far the best. Two years and zero issues. The common spaces are always spectacularly clean, the floors are quiet, and the residents are super nice and respectful. But the biggest plus is the fantastic leasing and concierge team. Chris in the main office is the most responsive, helpful, on-top-of-it leasing consultant I've ever dealt with. Truly goes out of his way to make living at 455 Eye all that it is. The apartment is great on its own... But Chris has made my experience here a 10/10. Spent days and days when I first moved to DC trying to find the ideal place... Save yourself the time and go check out this building first.

I have been looking for an apartment for a couple months down in the DC area. I was contacted by a lady named Veronica S. Veronica could not be a more perfect human being. I was extremely particular of what I was looking for. I asked Veronica for the pictures of the exact apartment I was looking at along with pictures of the parking garage, yes I’m very particular about parking spaces. I asked a lot of other DC apartments for the same requests and not one of them followed through with me. I’m not being paid to say any of this and I’m not getting a better rate when I move in. I want people to understand the level of detail that Veronica at 455 I has.
Massive shoutout to Deron! We had a very difficult situation moving in our furniture and he helped us throughout the process - not only did he help us set up the loading dock, drive the Uhaul in and out and move our stuff, he helped us to drop the uhaul back when he got off work, which can only speak from his prime character more than his diligence of work- Words cannot describe how grateful we are for him! We really would not know what we could’ve done without his help. Thank you so much Deron!! :) You are the absolute best!
