Absolutely the best leasing office I’ve ever worked with. Brittney and Jenny went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and set, both during our application process and post move. They’ve even went as far as to stay well past closing for last minute requests just to take care of us. Really wish other businesses would adopt their level of professionalism. Also (bonus) the renovated units are wonderful 🫡

I had a great time working with the Hanover apartment team. Brittny was very professional, attentive, and resourceful. She helped answer all of my questions and concerns. I love my unit. Although nothing is perfect, the maintenance team is cool and has been on top of any issues or emergencies. I'm super lucky to have this experience, and I'm very thankful to be a part of the Hanover community again!

I have been a resident here for a while. No issues with the Hanover staff. My issue recently is that residents should be mindful, especially if you are residing ABOVE someone else, disturbances such as music, jumping, banging on the floor, kids screaming and running ESPECIALLY after hours into the early morning. I hope all residents got a copy/notice of the Hanover "Addendum" regarding such things. I understand that there will be some noise but let's be respectful. Everyone wants to enjoy their living spaces. Oh and your pets, please keep them on a leash even if you say they don't bite. If they still have teeth, they can bite. If you drop trash, please pick it up and put it in the dumpster. Don't leave it in front of someone else's door or landing. We chose to live here, let's do our part in this community to be clean and safe for us and our families. Hanover is one of the better kept communities, let's keep it that way. UPDATE!! The laundry machines that are located in the lower level of a few buildings BEWARE! I purchased a laundry card to wash sheets, blankets and comforters because the All-In-One unit in my new unit isn't large enough to handle that capacity. It's like a dungeon in the lower level and mold in the ceiling. Needless to say, I will be going to the laundromat. The All-In-One in the unit is useless and takes FOREVER to wash and dry!! For the most part my neighbors are cool EXCEPT for the family that lives above me. They are up between 4:30 A.M. - 5:00 A.M. they let the kids jump, stomp and run back and forth from one room to another. So annoying 🙄!! We all want to enjoy and rest 😴 💤 in the comfort of our units too. Mind you this jumping and stomping is throughout the day as well. This is my 2nd unit where I'm having this issue. As I am typing this now at 7:57 A.M., there's constant stomping/marching. I don't want to use a broom handle to bang on the ceiling. It's ridiculous!! I wish I could record the noise for this post!! Today is Sunday and I can't sleep!!
