Best apartment in DC. The building is beautiful and worth every penny. Gym is large, always clean, and usually empty. If something breaks maintenance is at your door in only a few hours. Building staff are kind! Will be living here as long as I can.

Everything about this building - from the stunning lobby that always smells amazing, to the high-quality finishes in the apartments, to the maintenance team who keeps the grounds pristine, to every single staff member (special shoutouts to my friends Chase, Bernice, Freddy, and Abiye) - is a 10/10. It’s hard to find an apartment building with a homey community vibe, but the Roosevelt team has done it. Kudos! If you’re on the fence, sign that lease! You won’t regret it.
