The interiors offer an unexpected elegance with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and beautiful wood flooring. Oversized windows allow natural light to radiate the room and showcases amazing views. Connect with neighbors on the picnic lawn, barbecue with friends and enjoy living in a great DC location. We will not refuse to lease an apartment to a person because they will be using a payment voucher for rental assistance provided by the District of Columbia or federal government.

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and I’ve had a very good experience. Maintenance is prompt and gets things fixed quickly. It’s annoying they don’t let you know in advance when they’re coming, but you can give them times not to come and every maintenance member I’ve meet has been very polite and helpful. The front desk is also absolutely wonderful, and the property manager Stephen has been a godsend. I am disabled and so is my partner and he’s been very helpful with implementing the accommodations we need. Having a one bedroom in the city with access to a summer pool, beautiful rock creek park views, and my own private balcony has really upped my quality of life. Pros: amenities, location, excellent staff. Cons: there still isn’t an automatic door button to get out onto the patio. Also, no rent control. I love living here! If it was cheaper I would happily live here forever. I have attached the view from my balcony in spring.

Been living here for over a year and this is the best community I've lived at. The staff is great, very responsive and friendly. Shout out Steve and all the front desk staff! Great amenities, other residents are friendly as well. If you're looking for a spot, this community is for sure a great place to be.
