Also, Rowan really knows all of her tenants, and gives us all personal attention when addressing our needs. That is so important because there were countless times I was in a predicament and Rowan tried everything to help me out. She responded immediately to any repairs or concerns. Point North is in a great location just one block from UT North Campus and an added bonus of having a gym and the outdoor courtyard for bbqs!
