I have been here over 6 months and love my apartment. I am in a studio that’s laid out like an efficiency (one bedroom with no door on bedroom). The quality of the build is great. I have new cabinets and granite countertops. The community and building is quiet. It’s a dog friendly building and the back of the building has an open field for dogs to play (no fence). The only cons to living here are that my closet doors don’t close easily and feel clunky and the indoor garage parking is pricey. However, there is a covered lot out back that’s affordable. I love how close I am to panera bread, chipotle, Einstein bagels, etc. I have had quick responses to any maintenance issues. The gym and common areas are always clean. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to be downtown but not feel overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle found in other areas downtown. It’s close to the Hop trolley which can get you to the other side of downtown quick though!
