She will do her best! Now that we have a new Management group and a terrific office staff things will be superior. The apartments have been upgraded with granite and look beautiful. A new gym and a wonderful pool area. A great value and easy access to a lot of highways. Under the old management group and manager..........I just received my move-out statement and I was charged for carpet that was old and worn when I moved in two years ago They charged me 187.00 to replace the carpet. It was worn and they had to stretch it at move in. The Manager Nikki even went to look at the carpet when I renewed the second year and said well she couldn't replace the carpet, but if I renewed we could talk about it. I was charged for two light bulbs (they were all working when I moved out) I was charged for drip pans- I have the receipt from Walmart that the pans were two weeks old. I elected to move to a cheaper apartment (same square footage) Why should I be charged for carpet that needed to be replaced seeing that there were worn paths down the hallway when I moved in two years ago. The move-in to the other apartment has been a NIGHTMARE! A month later and all items on the move in list have not been addressed.

Ernika and the rest of the staff at the leasing office are awesome! I needed to find a new place to live and I was quickly approved. I love the fireplace and spacious bedrooms!! The property grounds are very clean and well maintained. There are several Maintenance issue within the unit upon arrival, however, I have been assured they will be repaired. Thank you!
